This is the well known eucharistic hymn in a new setting, which combines a typical Chaconne bass formula with romantic melody lines in the vocal parts. The first page of each edition contains hints to meaning and interpretation in German and Englisch.
Beware: this is not the famous setting by Mozart, but a setting in a later, romantic caecilianistic style.
