Kyrie, Sanctus and Agnus Dei for women's choir (Christoph Dalitz, 1994)
- Disposition: three part women's choir and harp (or piano)
- Composer: Christoph Dalitz
- First Publication: 1994
- Text: Ordinarium missae
A setting of Kyrie, Sanctus and Agnus Dei in a romantic style somewhere between Mendelssohn and Rheinberger. Actually I even cite the incipit of a psalm setting by Rheinberger at the beginning of the Kyrie and the end of the Dona Nobis, though only approximately because I had to cite from memory without a score available.
The simple accompaniment works best when played on a harp. As harp players are a rare species, I have written the accompaniment in such a way that it can alternatively be played on a piano or an organ without technical difficulties.
