This Magnificat setting in based on the translation of the English Language Liturgical Consultation (ELLC). I am grateful to the ELLC for making this translation availabale under a permissive license. The music utilizes a great deal of word painting in the polyphonc style of the early baroque, which makes singing and listening a powerful experience.

The organ accompaniment adds splendor and supports the voices. The figured bass part can be realized by an experienced organists according to his or her own taste. Who prefers to have a written out organ part can obtain through the lk given below.
